Writing down goals on a piece of paper

To be able to motivate yourself, you must understand the goals that you want to accomplish. Do reflection, what you really want. Then, you must develop short-term planning and long term.

Options that you specify, should be realistic, according to logic. You can not choose the path that you feel is not able to run it. Finally, you will discover the failure and despair, before reaching that goal.

Tape the sheet of paper containing the goals in the space that you often see. You can choose in the mirror room, cabinets, walls, or any place that you often see and read. Every day, at least read it 5 times, to always remember the goal you want to achieve and have the self motivation to achieve them.

Every day also, take note of what things you have done to make you closer to achieving that goal. In this way, you will realize whether that goal is still far away, the closer or nearly achieved.
